503.2(j) Whenever a license issued pursuant to this article, or a privilege of operating a motor vehicle, or of obtaining such
license, has been suspended, such suspension shall remain in effect until a termination of a suspension fee of $25.00 is paid to
the commissioner........when the basis for the suspension is a finding of driving after having consumed alcohol pursuant to 1192-a,
...the fee paid to the commissioner shall be $100.00
503.2(j-1)(i) Whenever a license issued pursuant to this article, or a privilege of operating a motor vehicle or of obtaining such
license, has been suspended based upon a failure to answer to an appearance ticket or a summons, or failure to pay a fine,
penalty or mandatory surcharge pursuant to 226.3, 277.4, 510.4-a, 1809.5-a, such suspension shall remain in effect until a
termination of a suspension fee of $35.00 is paid to the court. .......fees shall not exceed $200.00
